I am Nora, a Cambridge (UK) based Chinese and Japanese ink (sumi-e) and watercolour artist.
I started learning Chinese brush painting in Cambridge from Peter Cavaciuti in 2014 after returning home from a memorable trip to Sichuan.
I became a member of the Tokyo based International Sumi-e Association in 2022 and gained my Sumi-e Instructor certificate in 2024.
My works have been exhibited in Cambridge and Tokyo. I have been showing my works at the International Sumi-e Association’s annual exhibitions since 2023 where two of my paintings have received awards.
Currently, I am a student at the Association’s advanced course and run workshops in Cambridge, London and beyond.
